Our Local Charity Work & Sponsorships

Lockwood Painting works every day in Grey, Bruce & Simcoe Counties especially in the Saugeen Shores to Kincardine areas. As you can imagine, we are a very busy painting company. We are never too busy to give back to the communities and people who give us the opportunity to make a comfortable living. Lockwood Painting makes it a yearly ritual to donate a percentage of our sales to a local charitable and non-profit organizations. We also choose to help some organizations and individuals with 'free' painting services and supplies. Just our way of spreading a little "painting happiness" within our community.
As a local painting contractor for over 15 years, helping to support local community projects, local charities and local community groups is one of the most gratifying aspects of being part of a successful local business.
Here are just some of the charity work and sponsorships we have done in our community -

Participation Lodge Charity Painting Day

Saturday, June 22, 2024, was more than just another workday for the Lockwood Painting team—it was a day of giving back. Organized by Jeff Lockwood, our crew, alongside professional painters from across the area, came together for a charity painting event at Participation Lodge in Holland Centre, Ontario, Canada
.
With brushes and rollers in hand, we transformed key areas of the lodge, including a resident hallway, the foyer, the reception area, and the dining space, bringing a fresh, revitalized look to the facility. The energy, teamwork, and generosity on display made this event a huge success.

A huge thank you to my incredible painting staff, the fellow pro painters and volunteers who showed up to lend a hand, and, of course, to Sherwin-Williams for their generous donation of paint. It’s amazing what can be accomplished when a community comes together.

Owen Sound Agricultural Society
At Lockwood Painting, we take great pride in supporting our local community, and one way we do that is by donating our professional painting services to the Owen Sound Agricultural Society! From the iconic Victoria Park grandstand to the livestock barn, we are committed to keeping these important community spaces looking fresh, clean, and well-maintained.

Not only will we ensure they stay in top shape, but we’ll also keep them graffiti-free, preserving their beauty for everyone to enjoy. It’s our way of giving back to a community that has given us so much.
